1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • To request a return, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement of the product.
  • Cash refunds are  available, as we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
