1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement of the product.
- Cash refunds are available, as we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. Exchanges
- If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
